Hi, I am working as MQ admin but I want to move to WMB development or Data Power jobs as both are used as ESB product. I have theoretical knowledge on both but no hands on experience. Can you please let me know any good sources on practical training and how much time will take to complete the training. Also, I want to work on latest version i.e. IIB9

IBM has in classroom training but those are expensive.

you could download iib9 developer edition for free and try out the samples that come with it.

latest version is iib10 btw and am pretty sure they have a developer edition for that as well.

Before you dive deep into it. I would advise you to learn about why people use ESB, why SOA, what problems it solves. It will help you gain some respect for it and it will help speed your learning.

IBM also has virtual/online training which is less expensive. Although all of IBM's training is managed by IBM business partners.

Other professional training organizations might have similar classes.
