Hi, I am trying to find what are the privileges my client application is having on MQ server. Normally , it is MQPUT and MQGET to application queues and some monitor command such as DISPLAY CONN, DISPLAY QSTATUS and DISPLAY TPSTATUS, but not sure how to verify.
1. If you have an MCAUSER value in your SVRCONN channel then use the dspmqaut command against that userid to find out;
2. If are using CHLAUTH to map incoming users to 'service' userids then use the dspmqaut command against the 'service' userids to find out;
3. If it's a bindings connection then use the dspmqaut command against the userid the application's running under to find out. _________________ It's puzzling, I don't think I've ever seen anything quite like this before...and it's hard to soar like an eagle when you're surrounded by turkeys.
