Hi,

I am receiving following error. Please suggest.

AMQ9271: Channel 'XXXXX' timed out.

EXPLANATION:
A timeout occurred while waiting to receive from the other end of channel
'XXXXXX'. The address of the remote end of the connection was
'aaa.bb.ccc.dd'.
ACTION:
The return code from the select() [TIMEOUT] 65 seconds call was 0 (X'0').
Record these values and tell the systems administrator.

Firewall? KeepAlive set too low?

It is server-connection channel. So, keep alive interval is set to AUTO.

There is no firewall issue as well.

Are you sure that there is no firewall issue?
There is at least one type of firewall out there that does disconnect sessions after a defined period. Unless the firewall is correctly configured this can happen.
Do the firewall logs show anything?

Perhaps there was a network glitch?

Does the disconnect happen after the same amount of elapsed time everytime you see the disconnect?

Some of the type of questions you should be asking.

Every time you reinvent the wheel the more square it gets (anon). If in doubt think and investigate before you ask silly questions.

Does this happen after a connection has been successfully created?

Or does it happen every time you try and create a connectoin?

Can you ping the same address from the client machine?

Can you telnet to the MQ port from the client machine?

Is there some scanning tool that checks the MQ ports? These usually have a disruptive effect. They usually also create an FDC...

Great, but you're not answering the questions about what is there...

Also, you can look at Disconnect interval set on Server conn chl ( applicable to MQ7.1 or above) or Client Idle timeout value set in qm.ini file ( if you are running MQ7 or below)

Not likely, with such limited information. We asked for additional information, but the OP failed to respond.
