Hello,

We are planning to move a physical XB62 appliance from the DMZ into the webapp layer of our organization.

The XB62 appliance is at firmware level 6.0.1.4
The appliance has a few domains, and is successfully running some applications in the DMZ.

We have more appliances than needed in the DMZ and so we want to move them out of the DMZ (into the organization) and use them as ESB.

We are thinking of the following process:

1) Get a new webapp region IP for the appliance (network team).
2) Unplug it from the DMZ router
3) Plug it into the Webapp layer router (and assign the new IP from step-1).
4) Wipe out the existing/old services (as they are meant for external consumers), then deploy some new services (meant for internal consumers) on the appliance and test them.

Is the process really simple as stated above?

Please advise if we are missing anything.

Thanks in advance.
ydsk.
