I have to setup the MQ Configuration as per below requirement

Message Depth: 50000 (Not more than that)
Number Of Subscriber Queues: 30 (Per queue with 50000 depth)
Average Size: 6 Kb
Persistent Message

Do we have any any document which can help me in getting the following information for this setup

1) How much storage is required for the above setup on Windows Environment
2) How much Primary and Secondary Logs I should set to make it process the mesasges

You can simply load the queue up to measure the data space used (various tools can make this easy - check out support pac IH03). Or perform some calculations allowing for the MQMD headers (200 bytes).

Log space is used for uncommitted messages. The IBM defaults are inadequate for most purposes.

The number of uncommitted messages depends on how the application works.

Best to have plenty of spare log space to avoid transactions being forceably rolled-back. Maybe take the IBM defaults and quadruple every figure.

Look at System Admin manual for how to calculate log size.
