Hi All,

I am working on a flow which needs to fetch around 12 million records from a SQL database and creates a file. Earlier this interface was running on a standalone WTX Windows environment and WTX map hardly finished this flow in 5 minutes now we are migrating this interface to IIB on zLinux. We are not able to migrate the WTX map to IIB environment as WTX doesn't support ODBC on zLinux. So we are trying to implement this through ESQL or Mapping node we tried both but system got crashed every time when we ran this flow. We tested for limited records like 5000 it ran successful.

Can someone please suggest or provide some tweaking to complete this flow successfully.

You should read one record at a time, and append it to the file.

But really, you should be using a standalone ETL tool for this, not an integration tool. Neither WTX nor IIB are ETL tools.

And you should not be building systems that routinely require batch updates like this.

Batch processing is a bad idea.
