Dear Experts
I understand that
1. No new versions of the WESB product is going to come out. Going ahead, only fixpacks.
2. Sunset date of Apr 2018, has been decided for WESB

In light of these developments, I want to understand
1. What is the release date of IIB 10?
2. Will the IIB 10 version include major features from WESB and WMB?
3. When will IBM sunset WESB as the built-in ESB in BPM Advanced?

Appreciate your help in understanding the future roadmap & direction

Thank You
Pras

you really need to speak to your IBM rep about most of your points.
This is not an offcial support channel.

You could get the IIB 10 Open Beta and try it for yourself. There is a link here somewhere...

I heard a rumor that IIB10 was due for release in December but that is just a rumor. IBM will I have no doubt, release it when it is good and ready.

Every time you reinvent the wheel the more square it gets (anon). If in doubt think and investigate before you ask silly questions.

Here is the link to the Open Beta: https://ibm.biz/iibopenbeta
Various parts of the product (including the WESB conversion tool) are also developed open source, see here: http://ot4i.github.io

IIB V10 hasn't been announced yet, so you won't find any public information on release dates or contents. The V10 Open Beta and OT4i repositories will give you an indication of the sort of stuff the team is working on, but as these are under development the content is of course subject to change.

Regarding the use of WESB technology in BPM Advanced, I don't work for that team so I can't comment - however I don't know of any immediate plans to remove it.
