Could not load imbdfneo.lil

Here is my problem:
I am running mqsi2.0.1 broker on AIX.
We have some shell-scripts to start/stop
the broker. These scripts are invoked by
MQSeries Trigger Monitor. But i am getting
the an error saying "imbdfneo.lil could not be loaded... Message # BIP2300E".
If I run shell script at commond line
then there is no problem at all. When ever these scripts are triggerd by MQTrm i am getting the above error.

Are your environment varaiables the same in both cases.
