That code is much more pleasing to the eye Roger, it doesn't make me shudder. I always think it very brave when someone posts source code though, since everyone has their own way of doing things and it's inviting us to pick holes After all there's no such thing as bug free software.

Cheers,
Paul.

Thanks alot Roger and Everyone
The Code which Roger gave me was very useful.
Yes, The code provided me above was a garbage because of the fact that i was trying something and thought of getting the solution to that and then formatting my code to remove all waste variables.
Yes, I took a IBM Sample code and re-phrased to my desire and was trying. I am a system Admin and i don't have much experience in MQ Application side programming. That's why was bugging this forum.
I have re-phrased Roger's code to my desire and i got it working.

Thanks aloot for all your help and Assistance.

Tell your manager that $349 is a super cheap price to get 3 days of MQ training - all you need to do is wait for the flights to go on sale to keep the training costs on the cheap side.

One of my Indian customer has just one support person. He is not of sufficient grade to get a laptop or PC of his own. He, and all the rest of the support staff have to share kit. We wanted him to come to Dubai for some specific product training.
his manager's manager came. total waste of time. But he was of the right grade to travel abroad. It also took 6 months to get all the approvals.

You have to deal closely with the Sub-continent to even start to understand the tirals and tribulations of dealing with them.

Roger,

I can speak to my Manager for getting approval if you have a "WebEX" session for this attending from Chennai. Do you have this provision?

If had to rent video cameras and hire videographers then I would have to charge a whole lot more for the conference.

As it is now, I do all of the work, get a bunch of great (volunteer) speakers and try and cover my costs (hotel rooms for speakers, conference rooms, food & drinks for attendees).

Back to the original question and my posting for C code, I also have a bunch of Java code to send an MQSC message to a z/OS queue manager. Hence, I thought it would be a good idea to post, to my blog, a Java program to do the same thing: http://www.capitalware.com/rl_blog/?p=2954

Same idea, just in Java.

Now for those people who would say, "hey, what about C#", well, it should take you 2 minutes to convert the Java code to C#. So, I'll leave it as a homework assignment.
