SET OutputRoot.MQMD.StrucId=MQMD_STRUC_ID;

The answer is in the WMQ Application developer documentation as well as in the definitions in the (for example) the 'C' language header file (which is where I go for this data because I have a WMQ Development background)

Look for the difference in the structure between the values of 2 and 3.
