Hi Guys,

Good morning all, this is the firs time I'm join to this forum, I hope we can be friend and share the broker knowledge together.

Back to topic, yesterday I've doing backup broker from development environment, and I want to restore the broker to QAS environment. Just for information, broker name in development environment and QAS environment is same, but when I doing the restore, I get the error bellow:

BIP1263S: Failed to restore the broker 'BROKER01'. (Error = 'invalid CEN header (bad signature)')

At least one file in the broker's configuration could not be restored. The broker might be in an inconsistent state.

Check that the broker is not running. Check that the current user has authority to read the file and write to the directory described by the environment variable MQSI_REGISTRY and try the command again. If the problem persists contact your IBM support center.

For your information, bellow is my script when doing the restore broker:
mqsirestorebroker BROKER01 -d /home/soadev/BROKER_BackupQAS/ -a BROKER01.zip

Can you guys give me advice, what to do to solve this problem?

Kind regards,

Styarif

Is it running? Does the user have authority? Is the MQSI_REGISTRY variable set?

What version of WMB / IIB is this?

What script did you use to back it up?
