Hi Folks, I'm in a pinch due to replicating a V6 version of MQ to a V7 version where namelists and topics get wiped out (deleted) and when I try to recreate I get AMQ7042. Any idea how to resolve this and recreate the TOPICS? Does anyone have a resolution to this?
Thanks, Frank

RCRMQMOBJ OBJ(SYSTEM.BASE.TOPIC) OBJTYPE(*TOPIC) MQMNAME(SCREEN.POP.QM1) is getting me

was the queue manager created as an upgrade or as a new queue manager?

Does the object exist at all?

If the object never existed did you try the version of strmqm recreating the system objects ?

The QM was created by replication software from another iSeries. STRMQM rdefine *YES doesn't work.
