Any tips on getting this thing to run as a Windows Service so it stops and starts with the Windows 2008 R2 server its installed on?

No mention of this seemingly basic requirement in the product docs.

EDIT: if you want to do this the hard way, and you already have an MQClient installed on this box, you can install MA7K and create a qmgr service object that is manually started and configure MA7K to start that service object....

MA7K will read the properties of any service object you tell it to, and use those properties to run the service on the client side.

As I said, though, that's the hard way.
