Does Anyone know if I need to configurate an ODBC connection beetween my NT machine containing Config. Manager and Control Center and my Solaris machine running Broker component? I have this scenario today and I can't deploy any thing to the broker...

Or a single MQSeries connection (beetween two queue managers) is OK?

Bye.

You need transmission queues and a pair of sender /receiver channels between the 2 Queue Managers and make sure your listeners are running on both machines. ODBC is only required if you plan to use the New Era of Networks functionality

And make sure your Transmission queue names are same as the Other queue managers name. For example,

Configuration Manager
---------------------
Queue Manager Name: CMQM
Transmission Queue: BKQM
Sender Channel: TO.BKQM
Receiver Channel: TO.CMQM

Broker
------
Queue Manager Name: BKQM
Transmission Queue: CMQM
Sender Channel: TO.CMQM
Receiver Channel: TO.BKQM

Hope this helps.

Regards,
Kiran
