MRM Tree structures

Can anyone please explain the concept of a tree structure in MRM with relation to the following tags:(0x3000000),(0x3000001).
I seem to understand it in XML but dont know it in relation to MRM.

Please help

I don't have an MQSI with MRM structures to check against but could it be the way compound types within compound types (and/or repeating groups which must be defined as compound types) are represented e.g:

Customer_Rec (CT)
Customer (ST)
Customer Name (ST)
Address (CT)
Line_1 (ST)
Line_2 (ST)
Line_3 (ST)
Phone_No (ST)

..the previous message was supposed to show indentation! ...Number,name, address and phone no as level 1, (address) lines as level 2, i.e. within the Address compound type.
