I am a recruiter with Fannie Mae currently looking to fill a Systems Engineer III (MQ) position in our Reston VA office. My ideal candidate will have experience with IBM Websphere MQ (Planning, Design, Architecture, Deployment, Testing or Administration) who has handled MQ operations for multiple applications. This engineer will work within the middleware organization and will also provide support for platforms other than MQ

If you are not interested but know someone who is, please feel free to forward this information along.

How should someone go about contacting you?

And is this for all those who are in U.S. Or the Sponsorship/VISA is being offered?

At this time the position is only open to candidates with an EAD or higher.

Thank you,

Is "Systems Engineer III" a *senior* position, or a *junior* position?

That is, does it pay more to be a Systems Engineer III than it does to be a Systems Engineer II, or does it pay *less*?

Being in the US I wouldn't expect there to be a Systems Engineer II. There would be a Systems Engineer, then Systems Engineer Jnr, then Systems Engineer III. You know, like the golfer Davis Love, his son Davis Love Jnr and then his son Davis Love III.

Yes it pays more to be a level III than a level II.

Which backs up my theory, as Davis Love III has earned loads more $$$$$ than his father Davis Love Jnr ever did.

That sounds much too consistent for most Americans.

In some shops, a I is higher-paid than a II; a II is higher-paid than a III. No standards that I've encountered.

So....let's get to the bottom line of this....who cares what the "level" is...the payscale is the bottom line. How much are they offering? (A pay range will suffice).

Contact email id is mentioned above in one of old posts, one can clarify personal doubts about the post over e-mails too.
