Sorry for the noob question but I'm not getting the answer from searching and/or the docs

Could someout outline the steps needed to use MQ Exploer to connect remotely to a linux based broker?

I have used setmqaut to give +connect to my linux account id but it looks like the mq explorer on my windows box is always trying to use my windows id to connect. How to I make it use my linux credentials? Or should I be doing something completely different?

We're using V7 of mqseries and broker and toolkit.

Set up a secure SVRCONN channel and use your Linux userid as the value for the MCAUSER attribute in that channel; by secure I mean any combination of SSL, SSLPEER, and/or security exit, e.g. BlockIP2. Depending on what you want to be able to do once you have connected, you will need to give more than just connect authorisation.

Could you point me at some docs that tell you how to do all that?
