Hi...

I have a Java plugin which was working perfectly until I installed CSD2. At this point it seems that the attribute handling changed (IBM had it wrong and I guess they fixed it!) and default values were now getting propagated properly causing my node to behave strangely! No problem I thought....I'll delete and recreate it and that should sort it out!
Hmmm! It deleted OK but when I try to create my new node it will not check in! It seems that there are remnants of the previous node there (and that they've not been checked out by me!)...has anyone else had this?! If so do you know what I can safely delete in order to rectify it?!

The error I'm getting is :
=============================================

BIP0033E Cannot check in the resource http://localhost/developmq/127.0.0.1/SL097642/MessageProcessingNodeType/ComStandardlifeMjiTivoliTivoli.

The resource has not been checked out to you.

No user action required.

======================================================

Cheers,

Derek.

I've managed to sort this by some constructive deletion!

I deleted the entries (that had references to my node) in .toolrepositoryprivate127.0.0.1sl097642messageprocessingnodetype and restarted the conrol centre. I then checked out (my unsaved resource...dunno how it let me do that) and then checked it in.

Now I've still got all my problems with attributes!!

Regards,

Derek
