Did a search but I may have not used the right terms to find my answer.

Situation:

QM1 resides inside our firewall.
QM2 resides in our DMZ

Security on MQ ports only allows a client connectio ...

I did the telnet and created the same FDC as the port scan software. I'm going to ask that the scanning software be turned off. Thanks for your help.

Happens every evening at 11:00 when our nessus security scanner runs. This is the ONLY server this happens on. Running the same service pack on each MQ box.

Yes, copying the directories over fixed it. I thought it might be memory and had the server recycled but MQ kept giving me the error message above. I didn't recycle after the directory move.

Not even a hint from anyone?

I ended up copying an entire directory structure (/opt/mqm/bin) from another Solaris server running 5.0. Don't know why a clean install did not work.
