Sorry for the late response.
I have 4 queue managers with RDQM DR setup.
WPC node1 having 4 queue managers and NPC node 1 having 4 queue managers .

Didn't started queue manager on both primary and secondary
Yes, message is persistence. queue is peristence.

You are correct, But didn't any FDC files or queue manager logs after I ran strmqm -x command. it is just hung like below .

Yes gbaddeley, you are correct.
There is no mandatory files to edit, we have to edit file to change perameter values as per our requirment.
