the command is:
amqmsrvn -user DOMAIN\USER -passwod PASSWORD

the problem with this command is that there's no indication if theres a syntax error or wrong user name password combination.

A simpler solution would be to continue using a single Transmission Queue, but use different priorities for different messages \ queues.

There are probably uncommited messages on the queue.
I don't know of any way to verify this in older versions, but MQS 5.3 has a command "dis qstatus(QUEUE)" which will help.

I'ts impossible to connect to a Queue Manager from a terminal services.
actually you can access a qmgr that you started from TS (from a console, not as a service) but it's not very useful.
