Are there stats or something to calculate the performance of working being performed at the three nodes as the data (msgs) must be committed at all three (well, I guess at least two) nodes before it i ...

@fjb_saper,

Thinking out loud, I would expect the retry logic to work the same as if there was only one target in the CONNAME. Not sure if both targets count once for a try or each target counts as ...

How does the channel retry work when the CONNAME(host1,host2) targets a QMgr that could be on more then one node (as in MI configs)?

@Morag

Thx very much. There were many Google hits and some indicate this was introduced at 8.0.0.6 (so it has been around for a long time).

I see a comment in the [url=https://www.ibm.com/docs/e ...

A friend said he read an article stating there was a new feature at MQ 9.2.2.0 where the Admin could change the expiry from -1 (never) to a value that does expire.

I suppose this can be done with t ...

Thanks markt,

Now I understand how that can work (and clearly does). I will do my homework on the AMS-Qmgr to non-AMS-Qmgr flow.

Often, there are old Qmgrs that cannot do AMS but need to play in ...

@MoragHughson OK, now that you mention and it makes sense that the AMS work is in the application space, I see that it does not matter if the Qmgr is using OAM or LDAP for AUTHRECs and such.

My nex ...

I'm wondering if the error message is really more like a warning message saying it is going to renegotiate the secret key?

I also wonder how many TLS records relate to how many bytes in the SSLRKEY ...
